1946 - 2024
Today we said goodbye to a humble and gentle man. William Joseph Bailey passed away at Blanche River Hospital – Kirkland Lake Site, on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
Survived by his wife Heather, daughters Laura Zapotochny (Jay Huston), Tina (Francis Dorval) and sons Scott (Chantal Gagnon) and Chad (Kelly Dion). Grandpa to Chris (Danielle) Zapotochny, Andrew (Jen) Martineau, Alex Martineau, Brennan Bailey, Jake, Lincoln and Blake Bailey. Great Grandpa to Mya Martineau, Owen and Clara Zapotochny.
He was the brother to sisters Linda (Dan) Simard and Bonnie (Rick) Gravel and is survived by his stepdad Bob (Brenda) Babich.
Predeceased by his father Jack Bailey, mother Blanche (Carisse) Babich, sisters Shirley Restoule, Diana (late Herb) Villneff, brother Jack and grandson Matthew Zapotochny.

Bill was a gentle and kind man. His heart was as big as he was! I really enjoyed working with him, and hanging out with Bill and Heather.
When I was a young bride, Bill and Heather were always a couple that I admired and they displayed a perfect example of a loving relationship. At this time I would like to send big hugs to you Heather. We are so sorry to hear of your great loss. Fondly remembered, never forgotten.

I very much enjoyed knowing Bill and Heather through the
antique car club. Bill was such a nice person and I sure miss
the contact I had with them. I am sure Bill is going to enjoy
