Loving father of Norman Ruttan, June Hewitt, Sheila Kydd, Leona Tokarsky, Barbra Terry and Gordon Ruttan. Dear grandfather of many grandchildren. The Family of the late Westley Ruttan will received friends at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Wednesday April 4, 2007 from 7 until 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2007 at 11 a.m. from the Perrin Funeral Chapel. Reverend Wally wood officiating, if desired donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be appreciated.
