death notice for Monday, June 20th 2005: Davis, Vivian Norma ( nee Dean ) Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital, Montreal, Qc on June 17th 2005 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Merton Davis . Cherished mother of Marion ( Gordon Wells ), Edith ( Robert Clarke ), Rodney ( Dorothy ), Linda ( Ross Thornicroft ), Stephen ( Pauline ), the late Merlyn ( Sally ) and Gerald ( Nancy ); Vivian will also be very sadly missed by her 17 grandchildren and her 17 great-grandchildren, Malcolm and Frances Molony, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law Lucy, brothers-in-law Earl and Rolla ,also many dear friends in Stanstead and the Montclair Residence in Montreal. Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 545 Dufferin Ave, Stanstead, Qc Tel: 876-5213 / www.casshomes.ca, Tuesday, June 21st 2005 from 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday, June 22nd 2005 from 1 to 2:00pm where friends and family may come to visit. The funeral service at the Stanstead South United Church, Rock Island at 2:30pm. With Reverend Doreen Moffat officiating. As memorial tributes, donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
