In Loving memory of Sylvain Laforest who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on Friday, January 25, 2013 at the age of 30. Beloved son of Henri and Diane Laforest. Predeceased by his brother Pascal. The family of the late Sylvain Laforest will receive friends and family at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Monday, January 28, 2013 from 7 until 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 11 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Fr. Richard Ngoy officiating. if desired donations to the Muscular Dystrophy would be appreciated.
