COOPER, Stanley

Passed away peacefully at La Providence Hospital, Magog, on Sunday November 6th, 2005 with family by his side. Stanley Harold Cooper of Ayer's Cliff in his 87th year. Beloved husband of 57 years of Lois Bliss Cooper. Dear father of James ( Heather ), Gordon ( Marilyn ), late Alan, Elaine, Janet and Elizabeth ( Luc ). Cherished grandfather of Jackie, Mike, Melissa, Matthew, Glenn, Joanna, Bonnie, Laura, Barron, Lesley, Lysanne, Philip, Ashley and Jonathan. Great-grandfather of Acelyn, Douglas, Corinne, Morgan, Alicia and Isabelle. Much loved brother of Marion McIntyre, Muriel Mosher and Dorothy Blake. As a veteran of World War II, in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in his memory be sent to the Royal Canadian Legion Br # 128, Ayer's Cliff, QC J0B-1C0. Visitation at the Cass Funeral Home, 900 Clough St., Ayer's Cliff, on Tuesday, November 8th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. A Legion service will be held at the funeral home, Tuesday at 7 p.m. with the funeral service at Beulah United Church, 967 Main St., Ayer's Cliff on Wednesday, November 9th 2005 at 2:00 p.m.. Interment in Crystal Lake Cemetery, Stanstead, QC.
