1955 - 2025

 

 

 

 

Born on June 17, 1955, in Stanstead, passed away in Sherbrooke, on January 17, 2025, at the age of 69. He was the son of the late Archie Parker and the late Evadna Sheldon. 

Roy leaves to mourn his loving companion Sharon Hatch and he was a loving stepfather to Andrew Cunnington, Jennifer, Steven (Crystal) and Megan and step grandfather to Madison, Jayden, Alysa and Emma-Rose. He also leaves behind his siblings: late Robin, Willie (late Patsy), Joyce (Larry), Cecil (Cheryl), Lillian, Norma (late Al), late Priscilla, Wilford, Geraldine (Steve), late James, late David (Cindy), Debbie (Joey), Doug (Cathy), Donald (Liz), Kenneth (Nancy), Randy and Mark (Pauline) as well as his aunts and uncles, cousins, many nieces and nephews and numerous friends.  

Roy loved working in the woods which he did for many years. He always enjoyed visiting with his family and friends.   

A Graveside Service will be held at a later date.

My sympathies to my sister, Sharon and Roy's family at this sad time, from Barb and I. Roy was family and thinking of him and know that he is not suffering from that terrible disease any longer, may he rest in peace.
