THE OTTAWA CITIZEN QUINTAL, RENÉ World War II Veteran It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of René Quintal, on February 4, 2013 in Gatineau, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Gracia (Gracieuse) Aupry and son of late Napoléon Quintal and late Doria Leduc. He leaves behind his loving children: Dr Diane (Yvon Goulet), Claire (Michel Charbonneau) and Lynn (Pierre Rivest), as well as four grandchildren: Martin and Caroline Charron, Sylvain and Jolaine Rivest, and four great-granchildren. He also leaves behind the following sibblings: Carmen (late Mike McHale), Donald (Claudette Régimbald) and Gaston. He is predeceased by three sibblings: Paul, Armand and Aline. The family will receive condolences Sunday, February 10 from 7 to 9 pm at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 1369 La Vérendrye W. Bvd., Gatineau. For those who wish to do so, donations to the Foundation of the CSSS of Gatineau, would be appreciated. The family wishes to thank the medical and nursing staff of the Gatineau hospital for their support and good care.
