SMITH, Ralph Douglas

1965 - 2016

In memory of Mr. Douglas Smith, who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the age of 50. Doug will be sadly missed by his father Donald, his brothers Bob, John, Raymond, and Terry and sisters Mary Smith and Kathy Kirkbride, Aunt Marie And Uncle Art Stewart, cousin Geoge Stewart, as well as his friends from the north and the south. He was predeceased by his mother Jessie (nee Mayhew) and his brother Donny. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 2 pm from the Perrin Funeral Chapel.
