SALVAS FORTIER, Monique

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Monique Salvas Fortier on April 26, 2020 in Hull (Québec). She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Fortier and daughter of the late Elie Salvas and the late Germaine Fagnan, from Sorel. She is survived by her son Claude (Anna Marie Labelle) and her daughter Anne-Marie (Cynthia Weber), as well as by several nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 10 a.m. at la Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais, 95 Cité des Jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau, Hull sector.  The family will receive condolences as of 9:15.

Je viens d’apprendre le départ de cette grande dame, raffinée, agréable et aimante.
Son départ appauvrit les familles Salvas et Fagnan.

Je sais ce que c’est que perdre une mère , mais je sais aussi qu’on ne perd jamais l’amie qu’elle a été.
