LÉON LEBLANC

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, April 11th 2017 at the age of 81.

Son of late Émile Leblanc and late Rosanna Bélanger.

He leaves Diane Vaillancourt his beloved wife and best friend,  daughters  Lucie(Daniel), Ghislaine, and Lyne(Robert), grandchildren Alexandre, Jonathan, Marie-France, Mathieu and Valérie, great grandsons Olivier, Anthony and Zachaël and Diane’s children Michèle and Charles.

Dear brother to Lionel (Hélène), Lucien(Claire), and Lucille.  Predeceased by his sister Lilianne and brother Henriot ( Jeannette).

He will be missed by nieces, nephews and many friends.   Léon retired after a successful career at the Ministry of Communication.  He was an avid golfer for 40 years at the Rivermead Golf Club.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00a.m. on Wednesday April 26^th2017 at  Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais, 95 boul. Cité-des-jeunes, Gatineau (Hull Sector).  The family will receive the condoleances at 9:30.

Special thanks to all the staff of the Centre d’accueil Champlain for their good care.

 Charitable donations can be made to the Parkinson Society and the Auxiliairies of Centre d’accueil Champlain.
