The GREATEST Example of a Man. A Tribute To His AMAZING Life!

LEE

My brother Lee died early yesterday morning PEACEFULLY with my Mom, his wife Pascale and his son Jesse by his side. Lee will LIVE on FOREVER, through our STORIES and our LIVES! I wish him HAPPY TRAILS and know that Daddy will meet him with arms wide open.

I got to share this message with Lee BEFORE he passed because it was important for me to tell him how he had touched my life and so many others.

LEE, Let’s be real! When you are gone from this dimension, and go off to Spirit World, I will certainly miss your CRAZINESS, your laughter, your imitations of Elvis, Al Capone, some Mexican guy, and more.. I just wanted to say Thank you, for being you. Thank you, for all that you are and all that you do! Thank you for helping us all say our goodbyes, while you are living, instead of after you have passed. I wanted to be sure to tell you how much I LOVE and ADMIRE you and what you mean to me NOW, not later.

Thanks for your leadership and courageous decision to take back control of your own life, what you want…and deciding how you wanted to leave this world!

We have lost a GREAT WARRIOR! A kind and gentle man, who fought for his life, his friends and his family, like a true WARRIOR, and a true MAN, should be.

This gentle and kind man touched the hearts of so many people, just with his presence, his laughter, and his smile. Lee had a huge personality. You just knew when he was in a room. He would light the place up with his smile and laughter.

His many nieces and nephews loved being around him. He was funny, told some AMAZING stories, (some of them pretty friggin scary), and loved to play games. His eyes would light up and his smile would widen when the kids would arrive at the cottage. He loved them all so very much.

He loved going to work, at the school, everyday, mostly because of the kids. He touched their hearts in so many ways and in turn, gave him so much love and respect. Mr Lee was AWESOME in their eyes! He had the gift of making everyone around him feel SPECIAL, feel IMPORTANT and feel LOVED.

Lee made such a profound mark on my life, one that I am certain, he doesn’t even realize, as he was a HUMBLE man. He understood me better than anyone else, because he too, was a FREE Spirit! He too, had to do things his way. He too was an adventurer and a rebel. Loved to travel, loved to explore and experience LIFE to the fullest.

He wasn’t very good at following rules, and I pretty much followed his footsteps. Linda and I weren’t allowed hanging out with him, that wasn’t cool, but we knew he was always watching out for us, close in the background. He LOVED a lot of things including: dancing, singing, cooking and drinking, Bar-B Qing but his biggest LOVE was clearly for his AMAZING wife PAC and his son, Jesse! He was so proud of them!

Lee, thank you for the honor of having you as my BROTHER. You are a ROLE MODEL of what a TRUE Man should be, one that stands up for what is right, no matter how difficult it may be. One that loved and respected his Mom and Dad at the HIGHEST levels. One that always put family first, no matter what. One that offered a hand up, not a hand out to whoever needs it at the time.

Thank you for including me and preparing us for your journey to Spirit World. Somehow, it brought us comfort knowing that this was what you wanted, your way, your choice. Thank you for being the BRAVE and HONORABLE man, husband and father, that you are! Not to worry, Pascale and Jesse will be well cared for. They are our family. and in our family, we take care of each other. Mom and Dad taught is to care for each other. I am forever grateful for having known, such an AMAZING man!

“Now is the time to live!” You told me. Don’t wait! Cry for me here in AYLMER or cry in Costa Rica, HELLO! Dahhhhh. Just Go!

My AMAZING brother is now on his final path and journey to Spirit World at the young age of 66. He insisted that I take this trip despite my not being with him to say goodbye. so we spent the last month sharing great memories and had important and heart felt discussions about family, life and living. I am here in Costa Rica, honoring and celebrating his life and love for family, travel and adventure.

LEE, Come back and visit me as much as you want, but please don’t SCARE the SHIT out of me!

Happy trails Lee! Daddy is waiting for you! I’ll See U again, on the other side!

The STRENGTH of A Woman and the COURAGE of His SON

To Pascale and Jesse!

Thinking of you and Jesse!  My brother set the bar pretty high on being a loving, respectful, compassionate man.  A man with utmost integrity, fairness and forgiveness.  He lived and loved life to its full potential.  His physical body may have faltered, but his spirit and energy remains with us, FOREVER!

He loved you two so very much.  PAC, he always put you up on a pedestal with honor and grace, he was very much aware of your sacrifices and the pain, you too were bearing.  He spoke with much pride of the courage and strength that has surfaced from his son, and knew it was there all along.  Jesse! Continue making us all PROUD! We are here for both of you ALWAYs!  Love Lil!

Rita Beaudoin and Family

We were so sorry to hear of Lee’s passing. I have great memories of our younger days growing up with Lee as a neighbor and enjoying the rapids and the summer country life in Deschenes. And maybe we’d have a chance to get on a skidoo in the winter. I remember he was always laughing and knew how to have fun. Our condolences to Pascale and Jesse and all members of the Beaudoin family. Lenny, Jessie, Lillian, Loulou, Linda and all the family

Deepest sympathies to all of you on the loss of such a special man. My memories of “uncle Lee”, which he preferred us calling him Lee, was from our time living in Deschenes-snowmobiling and him pulling us behind on a sleigh, playing baseball in the field across from home, bbq’s in the back yard, singing and guitar playing; he was filled with fun, energy and enjoyed playing games with all of us; kind and generous of his time. The world has lost a good man but heaven has gained an angel. RIP Lee.

Lee would bring joy, happiness and sunshine with his presence. Everyday around 2:30 Lee would end my day with his wonderful whistling and put a smile on my face.
Thank you Lee and rest in peace.

Family of Lee Beaudoin

My heartfelt condolences to the Beaudoin Family.
Lee had a special part of my heart during my childhood. An uncle to me for many years. Will always remember those baseball games in the field across the street. And the snowmobiling. And my friendships with all of his family. School with Lulu at 5 years old and friends with his whole family. And seeing his wonderful mom during the years. He had a wonderful family, a wonderful wife and son, and that is the best thing you can have in your life. And I hope its okay to say that I had a crush on him when I was a kid. Who wouldn't. lol. Rest well wonderful man. I know you are smiling above, cus that is what you always did in your life.

Jesse, Mrs. Beaudoin, Linda, Lillian, Lulu, Lenny, Pascale

My deepest sympathy.
I grew up with the Beaudoin family down the street from ours and have so many fond memories of all of you. Lee was like the big brother I never had. He took myself and my sisters on the ski-doo, played endless hours of baseball with us, played games, played guitar and sang songs. He impacted my life as a kid with his positive spirit, kindness, laughter, smile and fun loving being. I saw him again a number of years ago at Home Depot, and he was still the same kind, positive, funny Lee.
Lee touched all of our lives in so many ways. May this bring you all comfort and peace in your hearts.
