STEVENS, Kenneth

Passed away peacefully at the CHUS Fleurimont in Sherbrooke on Tuesday December 5th, 2006, with his family by his side, Kenneth Stevens at the age of 87. Kenneth was born in Melbourne on November 30th 1919, and is the beloved husband of 60 years to Doris Hodge. Dear father of Alan (Linda Jones) and grandfather of Angie (Carl Lane), Timmy (Rebecca Lefebvre). Great grandfather of Bryanna and Nevada Lane and of Gage Stevens. Brother of Gertrude ‘bubbles’ (the late Eric Malboeuf). Pre-deceased by his brothers Eric and Rodney Stevens (Eileen), and his sister Lauretta (the late Gerard Girard). Kenneth also leaves to mourn his sister’s-in-law Jean (Marshall Hutt), Joyce (the late Clifford Mastine), Viola (the late Keith Hodge), Audrey (the late Leslie Hodge), and is pre-deceased by his brother’s- in- Law Merrill Hodge (the late Mary-Frances), Kenneth Hodge (the late Fran). Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 295 Principale S., Richmond, (819) 826-2502 / www.casshomes.ca where friends may visit on Thursday December 7th from 7 to 9PM and on Friday at the Trenholm United Church from 1 to 1:45PM followed by the service at 2:00PM with Rev. Reginald Jennings officiating. Interment in the Trenholm Cemetery. As memorial tributes, donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
