Peacefully at the Foyer Richmond, on September 4th 2006. Dearly loved husband of Norma Fowler. A special uncle to John ( Carole ), Melissa ( Stéphane ), Sonia ( Alex ), Ricky ( Marilyne ), Dylan and Alex. Survived by his sister Rita Perkins Loiselle. Brother-in-law of Cora Perkins, Albert Smith, Shirley Fowler, Frances Fowler, Royce ( Margaret ), Marion Jameson and Gwen Betts, a loved uncle of many, many nieces and nephews. Mr. Perkins will be at the Residence Funeraire Windsor, 310 St-Georges St. Windsor, QC; Tel : ( 819 ) 845-5229 / www.casshomes.ca, where family and friends may call on Wednesday, September 6th 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.and on Thursday, September 7th from 1 to 2p.m.,followed by the funeral service at 2:00p.m. Interment in the Windsor Protestant Cemetery. As memorial tributes, donations to the CSSS Val St-François " Pavillon Richmond ", 980 MaGauran St. Richmond, QC J0B 2H0, would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
