It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Vincent on October 9, 2022, at the age of 44 years. Beloved son to Marcel Vincent (Yolande). He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Jaime Whan, and his children Makayla and Liam. He will be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, his family-in-law and friends.
The celebration of life ceremony will be held at the Coopérative funéraire de l'Outaouais - Pavillon Buckingham 116, rue MacLaren Est Gatineau (Québec), on October 28, 2022, at 2 p.m. The family will receive condolences as of 1:30 p.m.
The family would like to thank the staff of the CLSC Vallée de la Lièvre, as well as Dr. V. Guilbeault for the caring support they provided Jeffrey.

I worked with Jeffrey for many years at ESDC, and for a short time was on his team. We had so many chats about movies, science fiction, and video games, but no subject made his face light up more than his family. He just beamed as he told me about their latest accomplishments and events. I will sorely miss Jeff, as will we all.

I only knew of Jeffery from work, we had several emails exchanged on common work related items that we were both working on earlier this year and back in 2021.
At such a young age it is truly sad to learn of his passing. Never an easy thing to deal with.

It’s been an amazing 10 years of becoming the best of friends. Jeff you are such an awesome, funny, quirky guy. We will always remember our dinner/ movie nights that we had together every weekend. I know you are with us still and will be watching movies by our side making your comments and googling actors, no longer is pain. My deepest condolences and I miss you so much Jeff, there are no words. Love you!!

My Condolences. Jeffrey is the longest co worker I have ever worked with, we have been working together since 2001 when he started. I have had more lunches and breaks with him then anyone else, I cant imagine going back to the office without him there. It definitely won't be the same.
