KUILMAN, Jan

 Passed away in the presence of his loving family in the Palliative Care Unit of the Magog Hospital on Monday, October 10, 2011, at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Diana MacKay and cherished father of Christopher, Alexander and Lucy. Jan will also be sadly missed by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Special thanks to Doctor Valiquette and nurses Sylvie, Chantal, Christine and Diane in the Palliative care Unit for the kindness and compassionate care given to Jan. The family would also like to thank Charlotte Evans for all her help and counsel. As a tribute to his memory, donations made to the Palliative Care Unit of the C.S.S.S. Memphremagog, 50 St. Patrice Est., Magog, Qc. J1X 3X3 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
