Irene Georgette (Georgie) Potvin (Séguin)

December 29, 1931 - January 20, 2019

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, who died peacefully at La maison Mathieu-Froment-Savoie.

Daughter of Anna Longpron and Josephat Séguin, she is predeceased by her husband John Potvin, daughter Judith Lyn, son Ian, her brothers : Maurice, Hector, Victor and sister Doris.

She is survived by her brother Raymond. Loving mother to Joanne Haché (Denis) and Janet-Leigh Potvin (Daniel Charron). Doting grandmother to 7 grandchildren and adoring great-grandmother to 8.

Her zest for life was reflected in her nights spent playing darts, horseshoes, bowling and beating her children at cards.

The family wants to thank the doctor and nurses that attended to her well being.

She will be forever missed.
