BLANCHETTE SCROSATI, Germaine

Peacefully at the CHUS-Hotel Dieu on Wednesday, October 11, 2006, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Leopold. Cherished mother of: Marcel (Jacqueline Beaudin), Normand (Lise Bougie), Serge (Charity Peters), Norma (Guy Lachance), Stella (Émil Kotnik) et François (Sylvie Dorais); loving grandmother of thirteen grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Germaine will also be very sadly missed by her sisters and brothers: Lucienne (the late Maurice Bourget), Ernest (Florence Brown), Janine (Gilles Grenier), Simone (the late Benoit Houle and Maurice (Carmen Perron); her sister and brothers- in- law: Jeanne D'Arc (the late Roland Bérard), Valére ( Ann-Marie Gagné) as well as nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Fred (the late Juliette Morin). Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 545 Dufferin, Stanstead, Qc. JOB 3E0 819-876-5213 www.casshomes.ca on Sunday, October 15th where friends may visit from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., also on Monday, October 16 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.. The funeral service will be held in Ste. Thérèse de l'Enfant church in Stanstead (Beebe) at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment in the Mont Ste. Marie Cemetery. As memorial tributes, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Quebec, 2630 rue King Ouest, Bureau 100, Sherbrooke, Qc. J1J 2H1 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
