It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of

Gayle Gauthier

Gayle passed away on September 2, 2019, at the age of 64.

Beloved wife of Douglas Emond and daughter of the late Lily Burke and the late Marcel Gauthier.  She also leaves behind her two sons : Brandon and his dog Sir Earl and Tyler (Kristin Boag); her step-children: Nathalie (Dan), Patrick (Martine) and she was step-baba to Alexandre, Gabriel and Annabelle.  She also leaves her sisters: Michele (Jacques Beaudoin) and Jane, her special friend Maryke Vos, many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. 

Family will receive condolences at LA COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95 Cité des Jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau (Hull sector) on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 6 pm to 9 pm.  The celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 12 at 10 am at the same location; family will receive condolences as of 9:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Oncology Department of the Gatineau Hospital would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank the Oncology team at the Gatineau Hospital for their support and the good care given to her.
