MCDONNELL, Frederick

The McDonnell family regret to announce the passing of Mr Frederick McDonnell peacefully on March 23rd, 2018 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Georgette Hewson. Predeceased by his parents Burton McDonnell and Cecilia Horne. He leaves behind his beloved daughter Sharron McDonnell (Paul-André Cloutier), his grandson Marc Guindon (Rebecca), his great-granchildren: Zachary and Ella, many nephews, nieces, and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers and sisters and his son in-law Robert Guindon.

The funeral service will be held on Friday April 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory church located at 490 Charles street in Gatineau (Buckingham sector). The family will receive the condolences at 10:30 a.m.

For those who wish to do so, donations to La maison Mathieu-Froment-Savoie would be appreciated.

So Sorry to hear about Uncle Freddie. Loved him as he was such a great man. Many fond memories of him. Not sure if I can make it down for the funeral or not but I will wish you my sincere condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Sending our condolences. We will not be able to attend due to distance but know that you will be thought of on April 6th and that we will be there in thought.
I will always have fond memories of uncle Freddie. He was always very welcoming when I took Dad over for a visit when I was back home. We had some lovely chats about the good old days. He is now at peace with the rest of the gang and I am certain they are all having a good time.

Sincères condoléances. "Fred" a été un collège de travail pendant plusieurs années, ce fut un plaisir de le côtoyer et je conserve de très bons souvenirs.
Malheureusement un problème de santé m'empêche d'assister au service religieux.
