1983 - 2024

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Francois Chabot, at the age of 41. He leaves behind his mother, Linda Tozzi (Cathy Winget) and his sister Mariève Chabot (David Garneau).  He was predeceased by his father, the late Dr Denis Chabot (Francine Lemay). He will be greatly missed by his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

The service will be held at Cass Funeral Home, 3006 Rue College, Sherbrooke (Lennoxville), Quebec, J1M 1T9 on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, from 10am to 2pm. The burial will follow at the St. Francois-Xavier-de-Brompton Cemetery located near by 92 Principale St. (Rte 149) and du Parc St.

In memory of Francois, the family asks for donations to the foundation of your choice:  Fondation du CHUS, or Fondation de l’Hopital du Sacré Coeur de Montreal, for which both have been instrumental in the research for Fabry’s Disease.
