LAFRANCE, Fernande

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Fernande Lafrance on December 13, 2024, at the age of 68. She was the daughter of the late Fernand Lafrance and the late Noreen Heikey.

She leaves behind her two daughters Fannie (Diego) and Émilie (Maxime); her brothers Darcy (Johanne), Wayne (Deborah); her sisters Judy (Henry) and Debbie as well as many brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

There will be a viewing at La COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS, 95 de la Cité des Jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau, on Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. A ceremony will follow at the same location at 10 a.m.  It will be possible to view the ceremony via https://commemora.tv/er/diffusions/101031

In lieu of flowers, a donation to La maison Mathieu Froment-Savoie in Gatineau and La maison Jacques Cantin in Montreal would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank the personnel of La maison Mathieu Froment-Savoie and of La maison Jacques Cantin for the good care provided.

Losing a parent is so very difficult, losing your Mother is like losing your best friend. You two girls have each other to get strength from in this sad time.

Try your best to remember your Amazing Mom is now free from pain, I truly believe she has her wings now and she can fly & look over all of the people who loved her. I believe you will know when she is around.
