TESSIER, Fernand

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Fernand Tessier, a beloved resident of Lemieux, Ontario, on June 7th, 2024, at the age of 83.

Fern was the cherished husband of Simone (née Leblanc) for an extraordinary 53 years. Together, they built a life filled with love, family, and countless cherished memories.

He was the devoted father of Stephane (Linda) and Luc (Christa), who will always remember his strength, wisdom, and unconditional love. Fernand's legacy lives on in his beloved grandchildren, Alessandra, Tyler, Jenson, and Chase, who brought immense joy to his life and will forever hold him in their hearts.

Fern was predeceased by his parents, Josephat Tessier and Leonora Bisson, and his brothers, Napoleon (Agathe), Eugene (Yola), and Robert. He is survived by his loving siblings, Louise (Fern), Irene, and Albert, who will miss him dearly.

Fern's life was a testament to hard work, creativity, and the importance of family. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him, but his spirit will continue to inspire those he left behind.

In accordance with Fern's wishes, a private service will be held to bury his ashes, allowing his family to honor his memory in an intimate and personal manner.
