MACLEOD SMITH, Evelyn

(1926 - 2015) Evelyn Smith of Cornwall Ontario, passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday, October 31, 2015. Daughter of the late Gordon and Mary MacLeod of Scotstown, Quebec. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Smith and loving mother of the late Karen Smith. Sister of the late Flora, Ann, John, Arnold, Murdo, Jessie, Christine, Agnus, and Catherine. Leaving to mourn her passing and celebrate her life are many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and many friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 6th at St. John's Presbyterian Church, 28 Second Street East, Cornwall, Ontario. Rev. Ruth Draffin officiating. A graveside service will be held at the Lingwick Protestant Cemetery, Gould Quebec on Saturday November 7th at 11:00 a.m. Cathy Clark officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lingwick Protestant Cemetery, c/o Lena Morrison, 444 Route 161 North, Stornoway, Quebec G0Y 1N0 will be gratefully acknowledged.
