Esther Annie Dix (nee Hughes) June 3, 1920 - August 30, 2013 In her 94th year on August 30, 2013, surrounded by love, Esther went home to be with her Lord. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Dix (1990). Precious mother of Edith Wilson (Dix) and the (late Andy Wilson, 2011), Ozzie (Gloria) and Annie Cowan (Dix). Treasured grandma of Craig Wilson and Annie Wilson, Brandon (Trisha) Dix, Bryan (Carla) Dix and Scott (Erika) Dix. Great grandma of Charlotte and Daniel Dix (Brandon), Tristin and Brooklin Dix (Bryan), Finley and Hadley Dix (Scott). Daughter of the late Archie and Pearl Hughes. Dear sister of Edna (deceased), Ethel (late Bill Murphy), Osborn (deceased), Margaret (deceased), Bertha (late Norman Cowhard), Leona (late John Weglowski) and Edith (deceased). Sister-in-law of Amber Chase and Naomi Parkes. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. A private burial has already taken place. A celebration of Esther's life will take place on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 2 pm at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St, Sherbrooke (Lennoxville).
