1935 - 2020

Eddie passed away at the CSSS Memphremagog on April 29, 2020 at the age of 84. He lived in Ayer’s Cliff, Que.

Eddie always had a smile, he loved making people laugh.  He was always ready to give anyone a helping hand. You could be sure to find Eddie at Woods Snack Bar in Ayer’s Cliff where he worked for many years. He loved visiting with the customers, whether he knew them or not he would strike up a conversation, you did not have to see him to know he was near, just hearing the laugh you knew. Everyone knew and loved him. He also enjoyed playing cards, the Ayer’s cliff fair and many other things.

Eddie leaves to mourn his children whom he loved: Reggie (Laurie) of Stanstead, Raymond (Anne) of Derby Vt, Ross ( Shelley) of Calgary AB, Penny( Rene) of Newport Vt, Lynn ( Kevin) of Florida, Johnny (Guylaine) of Stanstead and Telsa (Nick) of Newport Vt; his grandchildren whom meant the world to him: Racheal, Kelly, Melinda, Nicholas, Brian, Adam, Travis, Randi-Lee, Karen, Tiffany, Jeremy, Makayla, Rebecca, Koby, Nyla and Miley; his 15 great-grandchildren as well as his brother Pete ( Christiane) of Stanstead and his sister Nicole ( Al) of Ogden. He was pre-deceased by his brothers & sisters: Tom, Louis, Lawrence, Roger, Claire, Jeanne D’arc, Mary, Pierrette and Rita as well as his grandson Joey. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

With the current restrictions at this time, the family will have a private service at a later date.
