SWANSON, Edith

Swanson, Edith Mavor peacefully at the Connaught Home, North Hatley, Thursday, May 26th 2005 in her 98th year. Edith Mavor Swanson, beloved daughter of the late Peter Swanson and Jean Mavor. Pre-deceased by her sister Margaret Kajsa Swanson. Edith was the cousin of Mary Esther ( Charles Fountain ) and Doris ( Skip Fidler ) and their families and other cousins. A funeral service will be held in the Waterville United Church on Saturday, June 4th 2005 at 2:00pm with the Rev. Lynda Harrison officiating. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service in the church. As memorial tributes, donations to the Waterville United Church, c/o Mrs. Lorna Lundeborg, 360 ch, de la Station, Compton, Qc J0B-1L0, would gratefully be acknowledged by the family. Edith's family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Edison Chia and also the staff of the Connaught Home for the care and kindness given to her.
