After a courageous battle with Cancer, Mr. Findlay passed away on Friday July 23, 2021 in his 66th year.
Mr. Findlay is predeceased by his beloved wife Wanda (nee Taylor), his father Carl and aunt Phyllis (Findlay). He is survived by his mother Doreen (nee Ward) of Richmond, his children Tara (Kevin Tencarre) of Ottawa and Jace (Veronique Plourde) of Bromont, his dear friend Janet Rhodes of Drummondville, his aunts Audrey, Shirley, Christina and many extended family in Brampton, ON.
He was a long-time resident of Richmond and a member of the Odd Fellows. He will be missed by many friends throughout the townships, Newfoundland and those he met in his travels working as a truck driver.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the CLSC, the CHUS at Fleurimont & Hotel Dieu for their compassionate care.
A private service will be held, followed by interment at St Andrew’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Quebec Cancer Foundation and l’Association des Pompiers de Bromont.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Dwight.Its never easy losing someone you love.We have fond memories of him and Wanda. Whenever we met up whether it was in Richmond in Montreal or at the Brome Fair,it was always a pleasant time.It is reassuring to know that Wanda and him are together once again

I met Dwight back in 2000 where I was working at the gas station in Stanstead. We became good friends throughout the years. We would talk on the phone or messenger, not often but I valued the time we had. I fell in love with him as my best friend. We spoke on the phone about a month ago, my heart was breaking with the words he was saying
