GIBBS PIERCY, Doris

Passed away peacefully at the C.S.S.S. Memphremagog, on Monday, June 22, 2009 , at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Piercy and previous wife of Theodore Peters. Cherished mother of: the late Ellen, William, (Karen), Charity (Serge), Cynthia (Yvon),Rose (Daniel), Lori Ann ( Stephan) and John. Doris will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as her sister Ellen (Amy), brother Philip (Cindy), nieces, other relatives and friends. There will be visitation at Christ Church in Stanstead on Saturday, June 27, 2009 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. followed by the service at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Barbara Wintle officiating.The family would like to thank the staff at Place Sanborn and the Magog Hospital for their special care and thoughtfulness in their mother’s time of need. In lieu of flowers, donations made to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
