PEREZ, Concepcion

Concepcion (Conchi) Perez passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the CHSLD Champlain at the age of 84.  Beloved wife of Vicente Gomez and daughter of the late Clotilde Fernandez de Bobadilla and the late Secundino Perez, she leaves behind her daughters Carmen Gomez (Robert Lecuyer) and Valle Gomez (Richard Sims); her grandsons Vincent Rutt (Anna Katra) and Christopher Rutt (Sashsha Rusenstrom) and her great-granddaughters Anastazja and Amelia. She also leaves her brother Jose Luis (Mercedes Augustin) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten. 

The celebration of her life will be held at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais, 1369 La Vérendrye Boulevard West in Gatineau on Monday, July 30th, 2018 at 2 p.m.  The family will receive condolences at 1:30 p.m.

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
