LANDRY, Claude

In memory of Claude Landry of Temagami, who passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer, on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the age of 81. Claude enjoyed a 25 year retirement from a 50 year career as an iron worker. His dedication to the TAFIP (walleye/pickerel hatchery) will be greatly missed. When he was not volunteering at the hatchery, he was at his maple sugar shack. Claude will be missed by his beloved wife Olive (nee Albert), his children Ronald, Raymond (Kim), Lorraine (Henry Gonzalez), Michael and Guy (Candice), his grandchildren Kaitlynne Rae, Denis, Alexa, Nathan, Christian, Noah and Reece, his brothers Henry, Roger and Rene and his sister Irma Boucher. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 1:30pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 408 in Temagami. In lieu of flowers, donations to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 408 will be gratefully acknowledged.
