MATHIEU, Charles-Émile

Passed away peacefully in his sleep, Mr Charles-Émile Mathieu (Charley). Beloved son of the late Charles Mathieu and the late Odina Poulin and loving husband of Rachel Charlebois. Resting at he Cass Funeral Home (50 Craig St. Cookshire), where family and friends may call on Friday December 12th, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, December 13th from 10 to 10:45 a.m. A funeral service will be held at 11 am in the St-Camille Catholic Church, Cookshire followed by the interment in the St-Camille Cemetery. Mr Mathieu leaves to mourn his children: Diane (the late Normand Potvin), Gaétan (Renée Drouin), Michel, Richard (Marie-Chantal Rhéaume), Guy (Sylvia Hill), Sylvain (Lucie McCarthy) and Stéphane (Sylvie Archambault); his 14 grandchildrens and his 14 great grandchildrens. He was the brother of the late Jean-Claude Mathieu (Jean Borthwich). He also leaves to mourn his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, the late Jeannine (the late Simon Mathieu), the late Laurent (Marie-Ange Gosselin), Laurette and the late Robert (the late Liliane Després) along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends. The family would like to thank the staff of the Résidence Camélia, specially to Doreen, for the excellent care and the support that was given to our father during the last moments of his life and to Dr Blais, Dr Payeur and the staff of the CSSS du Haut-St-François. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Fondation CSSS-HSF, 120 rue Rousseau, East Angus (Qc), J0B 1R0, would be appreciated by the family.
