JOHNSTON, Cecil

Passed away peacefully at the Wales Home in Richmond on Tuesday, January 3rd 2006. Mr. Cecil Johnston in his 98th year. Loving husband of the late Mary A. Beers and dear father of Margaret ( Wiiliam ¨Bill ¨Frazer ), Edward ¨Ted ¨( Debbie ) and James ( Grace ). Cecil also leaves to mourn his grandchildren: Jason, Ryan, Melissa,Jennie, Stephanie, Jessica, Mark and Joshua along with other relatives and friends. Cecil was predeceased by his sisters: Muriel ( Harry Parkes ), Dorothy ( Winston Beers ) and Gladys ( Ronald Mooney ) and his brother Eric ( Christina ). Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 295 Principale St. S.Richmond, Qc..Tel:826-2502 / www.casshomes.ca, where friends may visit on Friday, January 6th from 7 to 9p.m.,and on Saturday, January 7th from 10 to 11 a.m.. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, January 7th at 11a.m.,with the Rev. Andrew O'Donnell officiating. Interment in St. John's Cemetery, Gallup Hill following the service. Donations to the Wales Home Foundation, 506 Rte 243 N. Richmond, Qc J0B-2H0 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
