Denise et Philippe, ainsi qu’à toute la famille Charlebois
Nous avons été très peinés d’apprendre le décès de Carole, nos plus sincères condoléances à vous tous.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Carole Charlebois on October 28, 2023 at the age of 85. What an extraordinary woman for her husband Yvon!
She leaves behind an equally extraordinary family of which she was immensely proud: her children Daniel (Nicole), Denise (Philippe), Jo-Anne, André (Marie-Dominique) and Natalie, her grandchildren Christine (Jonathan), Brigitte, Sébastien (Jessie), Amélie (Guillaume), Amanda (Rick), Kaitlyn, Janique and Justine, and her great-grandchildren Marek, Théo, Juliette and Pénélope. She is also survived by her brother Émile Brousseau (Marilyn), several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
In addition to being a wife, a mother of five and a medical technologist, Carole had the strength and determination to accompany her beloved husband and life partner in his brilliant career to the highest echelons of the federal public service.
The youngest of a family of nine, Carole was daring and did not hesitate to pursue her passions. She played many sports, enjoyed crafts and music, and had real culinary skills. She will be remembered above all for her quiet strength, generosity and gentleness.
A celebration of her life will be held on November 24, 2023 at 10 a.m. at the Coopérative funéraire de l'Outaouais located at 95 boulevard de la Cité-des-Jeunes, Gatineau. The family will receive condolences as of 9 a.m. For those who are unable to attend, the ceremony will be viewed via webcast via the following link: https://commemora.tv/fr/diffusions/81461
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at the Hull Hospital for their excellent care and attention.
For those who wish, donations to the Fondation de La maison Mathieu-Froment-Savoie or the CISSSO Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
