1945 - 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Arnold Peters on October 27, 2023.
Arnold was predeceased by his mother and father, Mary and Ervan Peters, his brother George, his sisters-in-law Connie Peters, Karen Wenske, and Verna Bound, and his brother-in-law Paul Whalen.
Arnold leaves behind his wife Judy (Bound), daughter Lisa (Lawrence Cholette), and son Donnie (Jodi Ryan), and his siblings Evlyn (Dennis Landon), Margaret, Doris, Christine (Brian Farmer), Fred, Delbert (Vivian), Earl, Richard (Veronica), and Gerald. He also leaves his sister-in-law Faye (Ed Cade) and brother-in-law Klem Wenske.
He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Kodi (Dez), Kortni (Nate), Koltin (Becky), Kasi (Brian), Liam (Justyna), Alexis, Calvin, and Camryn, his cherished great-grandchildren Paiten, Ocean, and Owen, and his many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Arnold’s wishes, cremation has been arranged with Timiskaming Funeral Cooperative.

Mom and Dad took us to visit family every weekend, and Aunt May was always the best. She always had lots of good homemade food for us, especially the desserts. I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Arnold's passing. I have way too many childhood memories of going to Smittys and seeing his smiling face. Not a trip home did grandpa not walk me up to smittys to get my Ice cream, I can still hear his "Hi Katie" and a chuckle. Thank you for all the memories, my heart goes out to all who knew and loved him deeply.
