Winneway: In loving memory of Zaidyn Jerome Rodgers who passed away at the Val-d'Or hospital on September 3rd, 2023 at the age of 17 days old. Resident of Long Point First Nation, and son of Wynston Jerome Rodgers and Tyra McLaren.

Zaidyn is survived by his grandmother: Melissa McLaren (Nicole Belanger) and  Kathleen Jerome (Rodney Thivierge); his aunties, Hilary, Angel, Stephanie, Wabagonie and Shaybah and Danika, his uncles; Andrew, Donavan, Daniel, Winter and many nieces and nephews. he was predeceased by his grandfathers Bill Rodgers and Gordon McLeod.

We will forever miss you baby boy.

Zaidyn will be exposed at Saint-Anne church, 124 Naneweak St. Details are to be determined.
