Wendy Elizabeth Lodge (nee Cleveland)
November 20th, 1947 – January 17th, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Wendy Elizabeth Cleveland (Lodge) at the CHUS Fleurimont on January 17th, 2022 at the age of 74, with her family at her side.
Wendy was the beloved wife and best friend to her husband Brian Howard Lodge and the loving mother to Paul (Angela Filion) and Tanya (Shawn Fowler) and the special Geema to Madison, Tyler, Hailey and Aidan.
She was a wonderful sister to Harold (Rachel), Joann, Susan (Carolyn), Clair (Cindy), Lydia (Hector) and Lucy (Brian).
Wendy will be missed by her faithful companion Lance.
She will be sadly missed by many other family members and special friends.
Wendy will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and her love for life.
You may be gone but you will never be forgotten in our hearts.
Special thank you to the doctors and staff at the Val des Sources Hospital and the CHUS Fleurimont for their excellent care and kindness.
**A graveside service, committal and burial will be held for Wendy Elizabeth Cleveland (Lodge) on May 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM. The service will be held at the Danville Protestant Cemetery on rue Du Carmel, followed by a lunch at the Danville Curling Club.
**Anyone wishing to attend will be welcome to participate. Due to Covid, those attending are asked to wear a mask.
**Wendy passed into the arms of her maker January 17, 2022.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the foundation of choice in Wendy’s name would be greatly appreciated.

So sad to hear about Wendy! I often think of the fun we had traveling to and from Sherbrooke with Mr. Westman when we were taking our secretarial courses! I will always remember her smile and her sense of humour! My deepest sympathy to all.”

Un beau souvenir de printemps nous revient. Il y a quelques années nous étions de passage à Danville avec Jenn, René et les enfants. Nous sommes allés à votre cabane à sucre pour un pique-nique familial. Nous avons été accueillis à bras ouverts. Nous nous souvenons de Wendy , elle était une femme chaleureuse, gentille, généreuse, souriante comme si nous faisions partie des siens. Bon courage. Nos sincères condoléances.
