In memory of Mr. Ted Kociolek who passed away in Rouyn-Noranda on March 8th, 2016, at the age of 63, loving husband of Mrs. Deborah Kociolek (MacDonald).
Ted will be sadly missed by his sons Clayton (Caroline Bernier), Wayne Levert (Sylvie Courchene), Darrel Levert, Bernard Levert and by his daughter Kerry Levert (Mike Martin). He will always be remembered by his grandchildren Waylon, Travis, Amanda, André, Brandon, Jaelen, Tyler, Emmy, Cora and by his great grandchildren Dezerie, Daxton and Tally. He will also be missed by his many friends.
Respecting Mr. Ted Kociolek’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral.
