Great-grandmother to Azalée, Grady and Charlie. Dear sister to John of Wiarton ON. Predeceased by Audrey of Toronto ON, Marion of Dartmouth NS, Robert of London ON and Ralph of Guelph ON.

Sylvia and her siblings all graduated from Bishop’s University. She was an accomplished athlete captaining Bishop’s Women’s basketball and a successful golfer, competing on Provincial teams and winning the Québec Senior championship. Hobbies included curling, reading, bridge, gardening, painting and collecting.

The family thanks the staff at D’Youville, the CLSC for their professional care and Cass Funeral homes.

Please join us for a celebration of life on Saturday, December 7, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Old Lennoxville Golf Club.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lennoxville Curling Club or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
