LELIÈVRE, Stéphane

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Stéphane Lelièvre on November 18, 2016 at the age of 45.

He was the son of Jocelyne Lesage and late Jean Lelièvre.  He leaves behind his sister Caroline (François-Xavier, his daughter Léa and his son Thomas-Édouard); his two daughters : Marie-Anne and Alexandra; his nephew Jean-Sébastien and his niece Véronique as well as many cousins and friends, without forgetting his Petit Max.

Family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, at 95, Cité-des-Jeunes Bvld, in Gatineau (Hull sector). The celebration of his life will follow at 2 p.m. at the same location.

The family wishes to thank the dialysis team of the Hull Hospital, for their excellent care, especially Martine for her great heart and compassion towards Stéphane.
