Ruth Judy Parker (née Glandon) peacefully passed on Thursday, July 13, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Terry Parker, married 55 years, the loving mother of Aaron Parker (Sheldon Peddle), the late Sean Parker (Misty Parker) and the cherished grandmother of Joshua (Sabrina), new great-grandchild Danny and granddaughter Alexis.  Ruth will be sadly missed by her mother Leona Glandon, her sister Susan and fondly remembered by her friends and family.  She was predeceased by her father Emile Glandon and her brother Peter.    

The family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Akshai Iyengar and the entire team at Queensway Carleton Hospital ICU, whose care and kindness will always be remembered.

Funeral service and reception will be held on Friday July 28, 2023 at 2 pm for family and friends at LA COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS, 95 Cité-des-Jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau (Hull sector). The family will receive condolences as of 1:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
