Ruby May Racicot (née Baldwin) A memorial service for Ruby May Racicot will be held on Saturday, May 24th at 2 p.m. at the Baldwin’s Mills United Church, the Reverend Mead Baldwin officiating. Interment will follow in the Lake Lyster Cemetery. All are then welcome to a reception at Ruby’s childhood home, 1953 Lyon Road, Baldwin’s Mills. Ruby, the eldest child of the late Harold Baldwin and his wife Ruth May Baldwin of Baldwin’s Mills, died January 6th, 2014 at the age of 92. She leaves to mourn her children; Peter (Linda Mills), Janice (Michael Koevenig), Sharon (Donald Watt), and Stephen (Harriet Williamson) and her grandchildren; Joseph (Wendy Cruz), Jack, Shauna, Hannah (fiancé Beniamin Jurca), Joel, and Jeanette Racicot and Ryan Koevenig. Ruby is survived by brothers Keith (Evelyn Rowe) and Lester (Jacqueline Péloquin), sister Eunice, and sister-in-law Cecile. She was predeceased by brothers Elvyn (the late Jane Ross) and Richard (Cecile Lefebvre), and sister Alice (the late Ross Corey). She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her many nephews, nieces, friends, and neighbours.
