Our condolences to the whole family….Your mom was sure a “fiesty” lady, but was loved by all who knew her and truly will be missed by you all.

Ken, Bruce, Dora & Alli, Our condolences to you, and your families. Rita will be missed by many. Mickey and I have very fond memories of your mother. I will miss the little conversations we had over the phone, whenever she would call mom. Iâm sure Rita and mom will continue to have some very interesting discussions where they are!

I had met Rita a few years ago at the mall, as I asked her “Are you related to Ken Jackson?” (yes, the resemblance is there), and she laughed and said “I’m his mother!”. We then had a very nice chat. Hey Arletta,(Ally) Ken, Dora and Bruce I will miss your mom so much. She was so good to me as a kid and even when I grew up. Her chips were simply amazing and she was so generous with them. I remember on some Fridays, she use to call me up and say “Jackie, come down, I have some fries for you guys” I would run down, she would give me fries for me and my sisters. What an amazing woman she was. My prayers are with you all. I guess the only thing I would think right now, is she is with you wonderful dad in heaven. They were wonderful to me as I grew up and you guys were always my friends. My heart is with you during this loss of your mom. If I were closer I would be there for her service, but I live in Saskatchewan now. Love Jackie Tait (Messer)
