BASTIEN, Richard

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Richard Bastien on January 15, 2022 at the age of 57 years old.  He was Louise Martel’s life partner and the son of Jean-Marc Bastien and Diane Guenette.

He is also survived by his children: Joshua, Tracy (Ryan Pritchard) and Shawn Philion (Melissa Landers); his grandchildren: Liam, Wyatt and Magalie. He also leaves his sisters: Hélène (Jason Sharer) and Johanne; his brother Paul (Deonora Baldicantos) as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.

In order to comply with the Government’s regulations on COVID-19, only people invited personally by the family will be allowed to attend the funeral service.  All other people wishing to attend can do so virtually on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 6 p.m. via the following link : https://commemora.tv/fr/diffusions/4627 .  The service can be viewed live or later by streaming.

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
