HEBERT, Raymond

1935 - 2022

It is with profound sadness the family announces the passing of Raymond Hebert on April 13, 2022, at the age of 87.  Raymond was predeceased by his parents Ernest and Elizabeth, his brother Cleo and his beloved wife of 52 years Charlotte (nee Cochrane).  
 
He is survived by his brother Wilfred(Bud) of North Bay, his sister Linda (Leonce) Brousseau of Iroquois Falls, and his brother Gilbert of Timmins,  Raymond is also survived by his son Richard (Kathy) of North Bay, daughter Susan (Lorne) Comba of Kirkland Lake and daughter Nancy (Randy) Nieman of Phelpston.  
 
He will be forever missed by his grandchildren Jacqueline(Andrew), Danielle (Harry), their Mom Carolyn Syme Hebert, Ted (Kim), Lauren (Jamie), and Sonja (Jordan). 
 
He will be forever remembered as Grandpa Raymie by his great-grandchildren, whom he very affectionately called his "little people,"  Ellie, Emilia, Reid, and Cole.
 
The family would like to thank the staff at Blanche River Health Kirkland Lake and Extendicare Kirkland Lake for the excellent care given to Dad over the past several months and to French Family Funeral Home for their kindness and professionalism.  
 
As per Dad's wishes, cremation has taken place, there will be a private family service at a later date. 
 
If you wish, in Memoriam donations can be made in Dad's name to the Encore Club Kirkland Lake, Blanch River Health Palliative Care Kirkland Lake,  Extendicare Residents Council Kirkland Lake, or a charity of your choice.

Rick, Susan, Nancy and families

Am so sorry to hear about your dads passing. May you find comfort in all the wonderful memories you have of him. He was the last of the "ONR crew" that worked together. I have very fond memories of your dad. One that stands out is his battle to get the skunks out from under the garage. Everytime we smelt skunk we wondered if the dog had battled or surprised the skunk again!
