Séguin (née Robinson), Phyllis

SÉGUIN (NÉE ROBINSON), Phyllis

1943 - 2021

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Phyllis Seguin of Gatineau, Québec on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the age of 77.

In her own words Phyllis wrote her obituary as follows:

It is with deep sorrow that I leave my family and friends from this world, but it is with great hope and anticipation that our Lord may welcome me into His Kingdom.

I leave behind my beloved husband, Roger Séguin; my deceased husband Lorne Wilkinson, the father of my daughters, LeeAnn and Lorrain (Daniel).

Also left are Suzanne (Danny), Andrée (Norm) and Luc Séguin; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, my precious dog Mocha.

I also leave my sisters, Peggy (Daniel), Ellie (Tom) and brother Randy (Cathy), predeceased by my brother “Odie” (Larry) and my parents Wallace and Vera Robinson.

Last, but not least is the young man that kept me young for so long, my very own “sugar plum” Dustin, my grandson.

Consider the life in which I am beginning and not the one I have ended.

I kindly request bright colours at my service along with smiles and laughter.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 10 am at La Coopérative Funéraire de l’Outaouais, 1369 La Vérendrye Boulevard West in Gatineau. In order to comply with the Government’s directives on COVID-19, only people invited personally by the family will be able to attend.
