It is deepest sympathies we announce the sudden passing of

 

Peter Burke

 

Passed away on October 23, 2018 at the age of 86. Son of the late Apolonius Burke and the late Louise Shultz. He was the beloved husband of Marjorie and loving father of Brian (Kathryn Maloney), Janet (Peter Smallian), Cheryl (Daniel Clement), Debbie (Frank Quirk), Wayne (Luc Desjardins), Tim (Louise Hardy), Tracy (Mike Wright) and Grant (John Ibbitson). Dear grandfather of Samantha, Jonathan, Shavon, Adam, Erin, Alannah, Wesley, Tara, Padraic, Keegan and great-grandfather of Daphnee, Manu, Analie, Owen, Hayley, Mya, Louis, Lyla, Charlie and Mathieu. He will be missed by Pamela (Morris Martin), Eunice (Kellard McDonnell), Maureen (Rolland Caron) and many nephews, nieces and friends.  Predeceased by Mavis, Kevin, Regis, Brian and grandchild Peter Eric.

 

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Our-Lady-of-Victory Church, 490 Charles Street in Gatineau (Buckigham sector). The family will receive condolences as of 10:30 a.m.

 

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Santé Papineau Foundation would be appreciated.
