ROWELL (NEE LEIGH), Myrtle

Peacefully at the CHUS Hotel-Dieu, Sherbrooke, on Friday October 2nd, 2009 at the age of 84 years. Myrtle Leigh Rowell, beloved wife of the late George Rowell and dear mother of Nellie (late Lester Collins). Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey (Kristen Collins) and great grandmother to Gage Collins. She was predeceased by her sister Blanche (late Ben Danforth), her brother Robert (late laura) and her sister-in-law Elva Rowell (late Frank Marks). She also leaves to mourn her brother-in-law Herb Rowell (Nina) and several nieces and nephews.Resting at the Cass Funeral Home, 15 Station St, Sawyerville, QC, 819-564-1750 / www.casshomes.ca where friends may visit on Tuesday October 6th, 2009 from 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday October 7th, 2009 from 12 to 1 pm followed by the funeral service at 1 :00PM, with Rev. Wendy Evans officiating. Interment in the All Saints Cemetery, Hereford. Memorial tributes made to the East-Clifton Cemetery c/o Donna McConnell 70 Low Forest Rd., Sawyerville, QC, J0B 3A0 or the All Saints Cemetery, C/O Douglas Howe, 1255 Rte 141, St-Herménéglide, QC, J0B 2W0 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
