DILLON MATTHEWS, Murdina

Passed away at the Wales Home on November 20, 2012, after a lengthy illness with Alzheimer's. Murdina was the beloved wife of the late Wallace Matthews and predeceased by her infant daughter Karen and will be sadly missed by her loving son Garnet and his wife Penny Hodge and their 4 children Victoria (Mathew Bollig), Daniel, Stephanie and Kimberly (Randal Eigenburger) and four great grandchildren Mathew, Nathaniel, Autumn and Victor Bollig. She is survived by her sister Dora (late John Bowen) and her brother Carl (Ruth) Dillon. A funeral service will be held at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville) on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 2 p m. Rev. Canon Ron West officiating and will be laid to rest at the Cookshire Cemetery. As a tribute to her memory ,donations may be made to the Wales Home, 506, Rte 243 N. Richmond, QC J0B 2H0 or to the Alzheimer Society, 375, rue Argyll, Édifice Norton, Bureau 0725, Sherbrooke, QC J1J 3H5 would be appreciated. Murdina's family would like to thank the staff of the Wales Home for the kind and professional care given to her.
