SMITH, Melvin

Passed away at the CSSS Memphremagog, on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at the age of 81, Melvin Leslie Smith. Dear father of Bernie (Annabelle) and Melinda ( Bernie Ruskin). Melvin was the cherished grandfather of Amor and Samantha Smith and Jordan and Brittany Dunseith. Melvin is survived by his sister Vivian Warner. Resting at the Cass Funeral Homes, 545 Dufferin St. Stanstead, QC, where friends may call on Saturday, August 25, 2012 from 1 to 2 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2pm. Interment in the MacPherson Cemetery Georgeville. As memorial tributes, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the CSSS Memphremagog, 50 St-Patrice East, Magog, QC J1X 3X3 or to the MacPherson Cemetery, c/o John Boynton, 59 Ch. Magoon Point, Georgeville, QC J0B 1T0 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
