THEO LEER, Mattheus Van

In Loving Memory of Mr. Mattheus "Theo" Van Leer who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital June 13, 2014 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of Jannetje "Jenny" Van Leer (nee Van Altena). Loving father of Wilma (Bill Riley), Sheila (Gerry Black) and Darryl Van Leer. Dear grandfather of 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Mr. Van Leer came to Canada in March 1954 and married Jannetje "Jenny" Van Altena on April 21, 1954. Mr. Van Leer especially loved to spend time with his family, loved the outdoors, the cottage and gardening. As per his wishes there will be no visitation of funeral service. If desired donations to the New Liskeard Bikers Reunion or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be appreciated by the family.
